Selection Process

To check we're right for one another, we'll pre-screen your application to check you meet our criteria, and follow this up with a telephone interview.

If you are successful, we will then invite you to an assessment centre day where we'll get a chance to meet you in person, and you'll get an opportunity to find out more about us, and see where you could be working if you joined the SCA.

As part of the assessment day, we’ll ask you to participate in a number of group & individual activities. Thereafter, you will find out as soon as possible whether you have made it onto the programme.

Application

First things first, you need to complete an application form by clicking on Apply. This shouldn’t take very long for you to complete. If you have any technical difficulties, please e-mail careers_site_help@siemens.co.uk.

As part of the application, we do ask for you to upload a current CV that outlines your education and any work experience you have. Please make sure you have this to hand when you make an application. 

The earlier you apply the more likely you are to succeed. Once you've submitted your form, we'll email you within a day to let you know we have received it. After this, our recruitment team will personally review your application within a few months at the latest.

If your application passes the review stage, we'll email you about what to expect next. Bear in mind, we may ask you to complete some psychometric questionnaires or a written exercise at the assessment centre.
